This Privacy Policy applies to the PictureToDrawing mobile application for iOS and Android (the “App”). It does not replace the separate privacy terms that may apply to the PictureToDrawing website.
When you sign in with Apple or Google, Firebase Authentication gives us a stable account identifier and basic profile information made available by that provider, such as your name or email address. We use this information to create your App account, secure your requests, and keep your creations available across devices.
When you choose a photo, the App normalizes it on your device and uploads it to our private Google Cloud Storage bucket after you agree to AI processing. We store the source image and generated artwork so you can compare, save, share, and view your creations on another device. Access is limited to your account through short-lived signed URLs.
The App sends the selected image and style instruction to Google Vertex AI to generate the artwork. Google processes that request as our service provider. We do not use your photos to train a general purpose model. We do not publish your images or sell them.
Temporary upload files expire automatically after one day. Completed source images and creations remain available while your account is active, unless you delete them or we need to remove them for security, legal, or operational reasons. Account deletion removes the App images and related account records, subject to limited backup and legal retention periods.
Subscriptions are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play and verified through RevenueCat. We receive subscription status, product, transaction, renewal, expiry, refund, and entitlement information needed to provide access and enforce the plan rules. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
We process IP address, device and request metadata, error information, and service logs to authenticate requests, prevent abuse, secure the App, diagnose failures, and operate the service. Logs are access-controlled and do not contain bearer tokens or image contents.

These providers may process information in countries where they or their subprocessors operate. We use access controls, encryption in transit, private storage, short-lived signed URLs, and service-account permissions to protect the data.
You can access and export your creations through the App, manage your subscription through the store that billed you, and request account deletion from Account settings. Deleting your App account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription; cancel it through the relevant store first or separately.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing. Contact us at [email protected] and identify the App account involved. We may need to verify your request.
The App is not directed to children under the minimum age required in the country where they live. Do not use the App if you are not legally allowed to agree to these terms.
We may update this policy when the App, providers, or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date and provide notice in the App or on this page when a change is material.
